APPLE INFORMATION
 Our fruit is picked only when ripe!
In general early season apples are tart in taste.
 Late varieties are sweeter and harder due to higher sugar and bulk content.
 Early season apples will deteriorate faster than late season apples.
 All fruit should be refrigerated to maintain quality.
